Vestibule: Galician nationalism

The Galician nationalism is an especially social current (with its dimensions cultural and political) that proposes the reconaissance of Galicia (Spain) like nation.

Anxo Manuel Quintana González (been born in Allariz, province of Orense (Spain) the 25 of February of 1959) is a Galician nationalistic politician, leader of Bloque Nacionalista Galego (BNG) and vice-president of the Xunta of Galicia from 2005.

It attended two years of Medicine in the University of Santiago de Compostela and obtained the diplomatura of Infirmary in the University of Vigo. Later it began to work in the hospital Crystal Piñor de Orense.
