Education

The education (of the Latin educere “to guide to lead” or will educate “to form to instruct”) can be defined as:

Also education to the result of this trial is denominated, that materializes in the series of abilities, acquired knowledge, attitudes and values, producing exchanges of social nature, intellectual, emotional, etc. in the person that, following the awareness degree, will be for all their life or by a determined period, happening to in the last comprise of the memory of the cases.

The target of the initial education is:

• To stimulate the trial of structuring of the thought, the creative imagination, the forms of expression personal and of verbal and graphical communication.
• To favor the trial of maturation of the children in the sensory-engine, the playful and esthetic manifestation, the sport and artistic initiation, the ethical growth affective partner, and values.
• To stimulate habits of social integration, group coexistence, solidarity and cooperation and conservation of environmental pollution.
• To develop the creativity of the individual.
• To fortify the entailment between the educational institution and the family.
• To prevent and to take care of the physical, psychic and social inequalities originated in differences of biological, nutritional, familiar and environmental order by means of special programmes and actions articulated with other Community institutions.

Concept of education

The Education, is a trial of socialization of people in a company where it is developed intellectual capacities, abilities, skills and techniques to the students. the education is gratuitous for all the students. Nevertheless, due to the shortage of state schools, also many private schools and parochial exist. It must help and orient to educating to conserve and to use our values, fortifying the national identity.

One talks about to the influence ordinate and volunteer exerted on a person to form or to develop to him to him; for that reason the action exerted by an adult generation on a young one to transmit and to conserve its collective existence. It is an vital ingredient in the human life and the company and appeared in the face of the earth since it appeared the human life. She is the one that gives life to the culture, the one that allows that the spirit of assimilates it to the man makes and it bloom, laying multiple ways to him for its improvement.

Education throughout the life

Diverse concepts that try to analyze the educative phenomenon, in relation to temporary reasoning in the people exist. Thus, concepts like lifelong learning, continuous education or adult education have common aspects but also important shades they differentiate that them enrich and them.

Alternative definition of evaluation

The evaluation is the result of the education trial/learning that contributes to its improvement. From this point of view, the evaluation never finishes, since we must be evaluating each activity that is realized.

Different types from classification exist that can be applied to the evaluation, but taking care of the different moments in that they appear we can mention:

Initial evaluation that it has like target to investigate in a student the sort of training that it owns to enter an educative level superior to which one is.

Formative evaluation is the one that it has like intention to verify that the education-learning trial took place, before the sumativa evaluation appears. It has a connotative aspect of active profeeding.

Sumativa evaluation is the one that is applied when concluding a certain period of time or when finishing some type of thematic unit. It has the characteristic of being measurable, since it is assigned to each student who shows east type of evaluation a number in a determined scale. Same, which supposedly reflects the learning that has been acquired, nevertheless, this assigned number is still subjective, since it does not show if in fact the learned knowledge can tie with the social field.

Evaluation

The evaluation is a trial that it tries to determine, of possible more systematic and objective way, relevance, effectiveness, efficiency and impact of activities in the light of the special objectives. It constitutes an administrative tool of learning and an organizational trial oriented to the action to improve so much the activities in march, like the planning, future programming and decision making.

What it is not the evaluation is to categorize. The categorización of the knowledge prevents to recognize of ways effective the advance in the education-learning trial, is like framing by episodes, the intellectual capacity of the apprentice. It either is not to generalize. The Evaluation helps us to measure the acquired knowledge, also it provides investigation to us of the advances of the same in order to knowing if they are being fulfilled or not them proposed targets. Contribution to the Educative Evaluation

The educative evaluation is a systematic and directed trial, in which a series of elements intervenes that could be: the analysis, a theater representation, an integrating projector, a evidence of analysis, etc. these allow to determine us if a subject has reached all the raised targets, causing in this way an exchange in their attitude of a significant way.

At present, education is to the service of the education, and therefore, it stops being a central target of the educational programmes to the simple transmission of information and knowledge. Types of education

Several types of education can exist according to the stage of our life:

Familiar education

It is the initial stage of the educción. Before putting itself in contact with the professors, the children already have undergone the educative influence of the family, perhaps more that in the school throughout their lives. The family must be in charge of the education of the basic skills as they are to speak, to clean up, to get dressed, to coexist with other people, to share, to participate in the company, to distinguish the good thing of the bad thing, etc….; a primary socialization that if it has been realized correctly will give rise to the secondary socialization after the education in the school.

If the primary socialization is realized correctly, will give rise to a satisfactory secondary socialization; if he is not thus, in spite of the concerted effort that will have to realize the professors in the school, the secondary socialization will be insufficient and the “student” will not be preparation for the perpendicular life.

In the familiar education the things are learned of a way different from which would be learned in school education, is no a structured or fixed content, but the education guides by the affectivity of family environment and the imitation of the boy in its relatives, and it stays indelible with the passage of the years.

A failure in the familiar education can be produced, or by an excess of affection, or quite the opposite. Sometimes fear from the children to the outer world can arise producing what familiar eclipse is denominated, the boy takes refuge in the family since it is scared to stop being loved by the dear beings (parents, companions, friendly, etc.). The familiar education also fails when a lack of affection takes place: emotional blackmails, rewards, caresses and punishments, in summary, an insufficient basic socialization.

The ones in charge of the familiar education must regain consciousness of which they are adult and must become charge of their children being the sole responsibilities. If this is not thus and the parents flaquean at the time of teaching to their children, the call takes place crisis of authority in the family. School education

The education of the student is followed in a specialized center where this it begins to become independent from his family, use itself and acquiring concepts more advanced to obtain the final objective, to live in company.

In an educational establishment we began to be related to other children and whenever it does not find or there has been any problem in the primary education, the secondary education would have to be developed of right way, although a 40% (Spanish data) of the children end up having problems in their reversion.

In some countries school education is very different from the one from our country, very exist variable models and probably some are continued applying in Spain. Also in some centers a differentiation between students practices, an exclusive feature or what is the same, the discrimination of the students against the idea of an Inclusive School, the one that considers all the equal people; these methods are:

The one of a selective School, in which it is considered that there is a dominant culture whose S-values the good ones and are those that must transmit the school.

The one of a compensatory School, which considers that the perpendicular thing is the values of the dominant culture and tries to compensate the deficits to reach those perpendicular values.

The one of a comprehensive school. It considers that all the cultures are different, does not have better nor worse and all has positive and negative values. The people also are different and is necessary to adapt to them, to their tempos of learning. Recently a modern education is created that it tries to educate the working class of a rationalist, secular and noncoercive way. It is insisted on the balance with natural environment and means, in the personal and social hygiene; the examinations and the premiums and the punishments disappear.
